How long does a scan take?

Most homes take one to three hours. Larger properties, offices and venues can take longer. We'll give you a time estimate with your quote.

How quickly will I receive my tour?

How should I prepare the space?

Tidy away clutter, open blinds, turn on all the lights and close toilet seats. We'll send a short checklist when you book. During the scan we'll ask you to stay out of view of the camera.

Can you combine a tour with photography and aerial shots?

Yes. Photography, a Matterport tour, drone imagery and floor plans can often be captured in a single visit.
