Frequently asked questions

How many photos will I get?

It depends on the size of the property. A typical two- or three-bedroom home has around 15–25 edited images covering every main room and the outside. We'll confirm the number when we quote.

How should I prepare the home?

Clear worktops and surfaces, tidy away personal items, bins and cables, open blinds and curtains, turn on all the lights and move cars off the drive. We'll send a full checklist when you book.

Do you photograph in bad weather?

Interiors can be shot in any weather. For exteriors, we'll aim for the best light and can return for a quick exterior reshoot if the weather is poor.

Can you work with tenants in the property?

Yes. We work quickly and respectfully, and agree access times with the agent or tenant in advance.

Do you work directly with homeowners?

Yes. We work with estate agents, letting agents, developers and private sellers.
